DCU RAG

About us

Dublin City University Raising And Giving (DCU RAG) society is the first society of its kind in Ireland.

Our vision is an engaged, able and empowered student body that are active in shaping the future of Ireland.

We aim to empower students to make a positive impact on society. We run large-scale student-orientated fundraising events and awareness campaigns as well as giving students unparalleled access to volunteering opportunities that are relevant to their passions and interests.

We are currently in our first year with a membership of over 500 students, a total of €12’500 fundraised and over 50 monthly active volunteers.

Monies fundraised will be used to invest in students who have an idea for a commercially viable social enterprise and to support local charities.

DCU RAG is all about participation, if you want to volunteer, change the world, learn a new skill, improve your CV, been involved in some really fun events or if you’re just interested in the concept then please feel free to get in touch.
